Research Survey
How prevalent are certain organizational patterns? Are they correlated with performance? This research survey maps 75 patterns across six operational dimensions: foundations, structure, direction, practice, learning, and space.
The survey uses a Likert scale with block randomization and takes approximately 5 minutes. All responses are anonymous. Results will be used to create a research report — firm-level details, if available, will not be included in the reporting.
